Counting Your Blessings

Starting January 1st (or any other day, as each day counts and is the first day of the rest of your life!), write good things that happen to you on little pieces of paper:

  • surprise gifts
  • accomplished goals
  • the beauty of nature
  • “LOL” moments
  • memories worth saving
  • daily blessings
  • acts of kindness done to you
  • …..

Then, on December 31st (or if you started on another day a year later), open the jar and read all the amazing things that happened to you during the year
